About Us

Tickety-Boo! is an independant company dedicated to bringing you beautifully designed qaulity toys. We go out of our way to bring you new and innovative toys and are constantly updating our range.

We hope you enjoy browsing our website, if there is a product you cannot find just contact us and we will do our best to source the product for you. We stock a larger range of toys in our award winning shop in Norwich, but some larger items are only available online and so are not available to view in our shop. If visiting our Norwich shop to view a particular item please contact us before hand to check we have it in stock.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. All orders taken from outside the UK will be subject to additional shipping charges, we will inform you of the exact amount payable before processing your order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your order, however most orders are dispatched within 2 days. We will notify you if we expect your order to take longer than 10 days.

For standard delivery (2-3 working days from dispatch) purchases up to £12 are subject to £2.75 postage, purchases over £12 are charged at £4.75.

Our 2 Day Express Delivery service is available for £6.75. Orders received by 12 noon Monday to Wednesday will be delivered within 2 days. Thursday orders will be delivered Monday (not including public holidays). Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders will be delivered Tuesday (not including public holidays).
Please contact us if you require your delivery quicker.
Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

We require you to sign for your parcel, if no one is available to sign for the goods a notification should be left by the delivery service and you will be able to collect your goods from your local sorting office or courier depot (depending on service used). Goods will only be held for one week before being returned to us, so it is very important that you arrange to collect and sign for your goods.

In the event that goods are sent back to us and you still want them, we will send out the item again but we will charge an additional postage fee to cover the additional shipping costs. If you decide you do not want your order anymore we will usually refund the cost of goods, but not postage costs if applicable.

For orders from overseas we will contact you with postage quotes after you have placed your order, or, if you prefer, you are welcome to contact us before you place an order for a postage quote. We will not collect payment until the postage charge has been agreed with you.

ANY OTHER ISSUES?

Where applicable, If you think that the postage for your product has been calculated incorrectly, please let us know and we will investigate accordingly.

Please note that we reserve the right to amend postage costs if it transpires that the calculated postage is insufficient. On such occasions, we will not proceed with the transaction until you have approved the amended postage.
Delivery Schedule

We aim to have your order delivered within 10 working days. Overseas orders are also generally received within 10 working days.
Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

If you encounter an error message while trying to process your payment, please try again later or feel free to call us on 01603 622900 and we can process your order manually.
If you prefer to send your card details separately, simply order on-line then select 'Details Sent Separately' and telephone 01603 622900 with your full card number ( the long one!), your name as it appears on the card and expiry date
Guarantee

We want you to be delighted with everything you buy from us. If your purchase is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Just contact us on 01603 622900 or email us.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

In the event of a complaint, please telephone or email us. We will endeavour to handle all complaints quickly, effectively and fairly. Initial enquiries will be acknowledged within 72 hours of receipt and your case will be dealt with in absolute confidence.

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with everything you buy from us. Our no quibble guarantee means that if for any reason you are not happy with an item you have purchased return the unopened product in MINT/RESALEABLE condition within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please read the returns policy (below) carefully, then contact us for a returns authorisation code and further instructions.

We are not responsible for the return postage of the goods unless faulty. If you wish, we can arrange for unwanted items to be collected at our courier rate (we will advise you of this) and this will be deducted from your refund.

We will ONLY refund the credit/debit card used. No cheques will be issued at all unless the customers initial payment was by cheque.

We will only refund the cost of any unwanted item, and not postage costs.

No refunds will be made until the goods have been returned to us and we are happy that the above criteria have been met.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
