• Express Delivery (1-2 working days with DPD Local) from £6.99 (Order before 1pm Monday to Thursday to receive your order on the next working day.) This service does not deliver on weekends.

It's easy to return a product. Simply complete the contact us form with your order number and the items you wish to return and we will email you back with instructions for returning your product.

Please Note:

• You are responsible for the return postage of the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• When returning goods which you bought using a discount, offer or free delivery, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer/free delivery threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.
• As all product packaging is checked prior to dispatch, if it’s delivered damaged free returns will be arranged once the carrier has accepted responsibility. Please contact us before you open any damaged outer boxes as we may require these to be returned unopened for inspection.
• All products are scanned as packed and only complete orders are dispatched unless we contact you otherwise. If you think you have a missing item please keep all packaging and contact us within 3 days of delivery.
